A fantastic opportunity for progression has arisen for an Inside Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative, Sales Manager or Key Account Manager looking to grow your career in a business at the forefront of digital security then this role will greatly appeal to you.

We are looking for a motivated and organised sales professional with exceptional customer engagement skills and experience with exceptional account management, renewals and up selling experience to manage an array of key accounts within our Identity and access management business mainly with small, medium business (SMB/SME) within UK&I, working across all verticals and territories. Our new team member will be part of a small, but growing team of highly supportive and collaborative individuals.

The role includes the development of existing customer relationships to ensure high renewal rates and ensure we retain these key clients. To excel within this role you will need experience with key account management, inside sales and providing forecasts to the Sales Director UK & Ireland. 

What We Look For:

  • Prior experience selling software and/or SAAS products. Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience is desirable
  • Previous experience building customer and partner relationships in the local market is essential
  • Highly Organized to effectively manage hundreds of accounts, leads and dozens of opportunities quarterly
  • Knowledge of underlying security technologies
  • A proven structured approach / methodology to organise, manage and execute a detailed Sales Territory Plan
  • Sales driven with strong track record of closing business on their own.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SFDC as CRM solution is a bonus
  • Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset 

In line with Thales' Baseline Security requirements, candidates will be asked to provide evidence of identity, eligibility to work in the UK and employment and/or education history for up to three years.
