As a local head of Sales /Account Manager in BPS, you are accountable for:

  • Manage and drives the sales team with accounts and sales strategies to enhance growth and competitive positions.
  • Provide guidance to the team to win business deals, managed the key deliverables, including pricing and capability
  • Developing Sales Account plan and drive the team in building relevant offers and achieve revenue targets.
  • Take the lead for comprehensive solution offering and identify opportunities to increase revenue and communicate new products and services to the customer where appropriate
  • Build relationships and expand network to communicate on offer values and overall business/  industry knowledge
  • Set and validate regional and customer strategy based on market needs and technology trends allowing competitive advantage
  • Work and communicate market forecast and any relevant information related to customers satisfaction and competition activity
  • Regularly reporting the market needs, solutions and services opportunity and providing recommendations on product definition
  • Ensure agreed service level agreement are met and any issues are communicated and managed with the customer
  • Dealing contractually and commercially with the changes requested by the customer during the project execution
  • Liaising and coordinating internal resources to match customer expectations and satisfaction

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science with 10 years experiences in account management, sales and/or pre-sales in microprocessor and/ or payment segment, and/ or digital transaction domain.
  • Experience in digital authentication, digital banking and digital payment solutions and sales; and leadership skills are mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
  • Excellent Sales drive and ability to gasps technical knowledge quickly
  • Willingness to be involved in details to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Good knowledge of Japan payment market and payment transaction ecosystem, and visible networking skills.Existing relationship/ experience with payment schemes (e.g. JCB/ VISA/ Mastercard/ AMEX) will be a major differentiator.
