We are currently looking for our key player within Payroll and Training to join our Nordic and Baltics Human Resources team! As a Nordic Payroll and Training Coordinator, you will oversee payroll and training functions including the coordination of payroll and benefits (merit programs, expatriate mobility, compensation and benefits management), as well as defining and implementing the training plan. You will cover Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The position is permanent and based in Stockholm and it is essential that you are fluent in Swedish, and any other Nordic language is advantageous. In this position you will join a team of diverse and driven people, who supports and encourage each other, and enjoys to have fun!

Main responsibilities:

Payroll – Sweden, Denmark, Norway

  • You will be responsible for monthly payroll, individual income tax and social insurance requirements and reporting requests by local and regional departments.

  • You will collaborate with the external payroll providers for employee benefit topics and monthly payroll calculation and payment.

  • You will participate in the salary review

  • You will participate in salary surveys and analysis

  • You will be involved in expatriate package calculation

Training – Sweden, Denmark, Norway

  • You will be responsible for defining the training plan with employees and managers, based on the allocated budget and skills evolution guidelines

  • You will be in charge of implementing the training plan (selecting providers, booking sessions, etc.)

  • You will follow KPIs about training plan implementation (quantitative and qualitative)

  • You will use the Thales Learning Management System, common to the 3 countries

Administrative support – Sweden, Denmark, Norway

  • You will provide administrative support to the HR teams located in Sweden, Denmark and Norway

  • You will update employee data in the Thales Human Resource Information System and make sure that the data are reliable

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • To succeed at this job, you must have experience with payroll administration (in-house or outsourced), taxation and reporting associated to payroll, local labor laws and regulations.

  • It would be preferred if you have experience with organizing training plan, HR information systems and Microsoft Office, preferably advanced Excel.

  • Experience in Swedish payroll is a requirement and experience with Danish and Norwegian payroll is an advantage.

  • You must be fluent in English and have a good understanding of Swedish, Norwegian and Danish.

  • We would like someone to join our team who is team spirit oriented, a fast learner, well-structured and organized, meticulous, always ready to help and who would love to work in an international team.

  • You must have a Degree in payroll administration or equivalent qualifications.

  • We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience with payroll administration in a global company.
