  • Be the technical leader for the support of any customer technical request regarding the In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) & Connectivity products during sales campaigns

  • Support the Sales team during the proposal, negotiation stages and also during customer visits for presentation/ demonstrations of IFE products as part of Sales/ Marketing actions

  • Serve as the back up to the Regional Sales Manager for sales campaigns in providing situational analysis and feedback

  • To be entirely responsible for the technical compliance matrix on the assigned project by working in collaboration with the IFS central departments in Irvine, California (Engineering, Finance, Product Policy etc) and the regional support teams (ISPM/RPM)

  • Manage the technical portion of the offer to the customer through creation and/or validation of the Bill-of-Material (BOM), Scope of Work (SOW) and associated

  • Non-Recurring Expenses (NRE) costs and technical description documents

  • Participate in dedicated IFE trade and industry shows

  • Centralize all knowledge related to IFE on the technical and application aspects

  • To ensure follow up of and contribution to the realization of the sales objectives for IFE products in the Asia (excluding China) region


  • Degree in Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Field Service

  • Ability to gather and analyze market intelligence strategically

  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Able to work under pressure and multitask

  • Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision

  • Well-organized and disciplined with good time management skills

  • Able to set priorities and be flexible in changing environments

  • Able to identify problems and apply innovative solutions
