About Your Role
The Program Management role is to manage and deliver a Program in the Ground Transportation Systems domain that meets the customer requirements on time and on budget with optimum customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all work is undertaken within the OH&S policies and procedures in order to provide a safe working environment for all staff and customers
- Maintain excellent customer relationships
- Plan, execute and manage the implementation activities to meet Program schedule, quality and cost targets
- Provide internal Program reports and participate in the Program review process
- Management of Program risks including mitigation plans
- Plan, lead, organise and control the activity of any teams assigned to undertake Program work
- Management of Program financial and contractual contingencies
How About You?
- Tertiary (Bachelor) degree in Engineering, Project Management or associated disciplines
- At least 5 years project management experience within the rail, transport, construction, mining and resources or engineering industries
- Formal Program Management Training
- Experience with Thales CHORUS 2.0 process
