EDISOFT, a Thales Group company, is looking for a System Engineering Manager to be part of a team within our Land & Air Systems domain.

About the job

Reporting to the Director for LAS domain, we are looking for a motivated person to act as a technical manager for our daily operations. With your experience and knowledge in a similar role you will be responsible for the planning and engineering of the systems infrastructure of our products, alongside with ensuring the project milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets. While coordinating a technical team, you will also be able to work closely with other colleagues from Thales Group. In this role you can expect to find highly complex and challenging projects in an intragroup cooperative environment.

About you

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Technical Manager

  • Knowledge of system engineering and system development lifecycles

  • Ability to coordinate technical teams

  • Ability to plan and monitor technical activities (e.g. engineering schedule and KPIs)

  • Demonstrate capacity to manage and communicate with internal and external project stakeholders

  • Experience and motivation to coordinate and elaborate technical documentation

  • Management of technical risks and mitigation plan

  • Good level of English
