  • Central Accounting & Sales Administration;

  • Financial Engineering & Treasury;

  • Bid & Project, Industrial and Procurement Control;     

  • Financial & Budgetary Control.


Sales Administration Specialist


In the frame of an expected leave within the Sales Administration team we are looking for a Sales Administration Specialist as part to join our Finance team, and especially the Central Accounting team of 10 energetic and diverse people. We are located in Hengelo (HQ) and Huizen. The job we offering is primary located in Huizen.

The Central Accounting team is responsible for general ledger management, tax, project administration, accounts payable and sales administration of Thales Nederland.

The Sales Administration team consists of 3 people located in Hengelo and Huizen. The job we offering is primary located in Huizen. The team is responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. Also creating new projects is one of the main responsibilities. A small part of the activities of Sales Administration are located in Portugal, at Thales Business Shared Service.

The main tasks are:

  • Administration of projects in Oracle (ERP system).

  • Reconciliation of the receipts with the outstanding invoices.  

  • Reconciliations of the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and properly posted. In addition, reconcile the intercompany balances with other Thales entities. 

  • Other tasks like manage the customer data base, booking order intake and budgets, questions from the auditors etc.


About you

We are in a search for a colleague who:

  • Has working experience in the field of Account Receivables/Sales Administration

  • Has a Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

  • Has a ‘can-do’ mentality: flexible, open minded, innovative

  • Able to positively influence stakeholders

  • Is an enthusiastic team player with good communication skills

  • Good level of English is a must

  • Pre; knowledge from Oracle (ERP system) and affinity with IT
