About the Team

The Radar Front-End department consisting of around 85 people, designs and develops state-of-the-art antenna’s for our radars including transmitters, receivers, signal generators, digital signal processing & control and other digital and analog building blocks. Beside that we explore new technologies and innovations for these domains as well as for the architecture of Radar Front-Ends as a whole.  For the Radar Front-End department we are in search for a:


Technical Quality Representative (TQR)




About the job

As the TQR at RFE you are responsible for the quality of the design and delivered data of qualified designs and the accompanying technical documentation with the focus on the technique. You join in several reviews during the design and development process, approve requests for change and make a contribution to improvements regarding design processes, procedures and documentation).

As part of an integrated development team, you are involved in early RF, analog, digital and power design activities. You add value to the team in being the conscience of the design team and supporting them in being keen on delivering the most suitable solution for each project (both technical and process related). Your technical knowledge about manufacturability, cost and design rules, design processes, requirements and good communication skills will help to fulfill it. Your work will cover the full spectrum of activities, from initial designs to PCB lay-out and product realization.

You are interested to acquire new insights for your profession: in the technique, methods and tools and embed this into our processes to continuously improve our way of working.

About you

You have a professional level (HBO) of skills and a technical (mechanical or electrical) degree. You are able to read technical documentation and understand if changes are correctly implemented.

Due to the complexity of our solutions, you need the ability to work in teams, have good communication skills, curiosity and be able to give feedback to help the team members to the right solution. Besides that, you know the importance of working in according to our processes and procedures and can be decisive and persistent regarding to the technical quality. You are fluent in English verbal and written.
