Our Opportunity

We have an impactful and exciting opportunity for a Project Manager for Thales UK. We are looking for a talented individual who can successfully manage the relationship with internal and external key stakeholders. The project outcomes will highly depend on the close collaboration and the strong relationships you develop with the project teams.  

You will be in charge of a specific project (or a number of projects) and have an overall accountability for key operational and financial indicators (such as Quality, Cost, Delivery, gross margin, cash).

The successful individual will also ensure the integrity of project governance and information, robust business planning and risk management. This role also entails a degree of direct people management.

About You

Experience in Project Management in a complex industry will give you the foundations to adapt to this role (for example Defence, Aerospace, Rail, Automotive or Oil & Gas). A first Project Management qualification (Prince 2, APMI level D, or PMP) will give you the professional credibility to start with.

The role requires someone who is a self-starter and is willing to further develop their skills and knowledge to a point where they can successfully manage Risk and Opportunities in all areas of the project.
