Senior SYSTEMS ENGINEER – Training and Simulation



  • You have graduated with a degree of an Engineering School (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, …) 
  • Are customer solution oriented and want to delight your clients
  • You are open-minded, curious, rigorous and logical
  • Have a proven experience in Software and/or Hardware, Systems Engineering and IVVQ activities
  • Want to solve complex problems and be involved in an innovative environment
  • Finally, you want to strengthen your expertise in one of the following areas: conception, requirement management, development, test, integration or validation


  • You are a problem solver: you are resourceful, analytical and structured
  • Can quickly understand the system in which you evolve and have a helicopter view of it (key stakeholders, interactions, products, environment …)
  • Know what a design to cost approach means
  • Are seen as ambitious and a team player, able to teach methods to your team
  • Have a proven ability to change and move


  • You have experience in the training and simulation domain
  • You have experience in different development lifecycles


As a Systems Engineer Specialist within Thales, you will be in charge of:

  • Tailoring the systems engineering processes to suit the problem to solve
  • Analysing and understanding customer needs through advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, prototypes, …
  • Formalising specifications and architecture used to propose the best solution / product to your clients
  • Preparing and carrying out integration, verification and validation tests

In line with Thales' Baseline Security requirements, candidates will be asked to provide evidence of identity, eligibility to work in the UK and employment and/or education history for up to three years.
