What the role has to offer:
Management of the Project Baseline using Primavera, including the assimilation of data from partner organisations to ensure an accurate representation of project status.

It could be an excellent career move for someone with Project Controls experience who wants to challenge themselves on a critical flagship project, currently at bid stage
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Controller for our AVS (Avionics) business unit in Thales UK.

The role requires someone with a confident, professional background across Project Controls/ Project Management, who can help support the business as it grows and evolves.
We are looking for a talented individual who can create and maintain integrated master schedules for relatively complex and longer term projects. You will lead on the production of the project reports and facilitate reviews in accordance with a defined calendar for assigned projects. This will also include the ownership of the Risk Management Plan and Risk Register.
The successful individual will ensure governance, reporting, variance analysis, deployment and reporting of Risk & Opportunity Management on assigned projects. This includes achieving endorsement from the customer. As the focal point for all risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and opportunities they are accountable for recording, tracking, expediting, mitigating and closure of all RAIDO related items. Through the application of risk culture and formalised working groups they will extract and manage the relevant project data ensuring that all systems and processes deployed are optimised to interface with the customer.
For this element we would desire the approved candidate to have APM Risk Level 2 (Practitioner) or equivalent.
