2018 Apprentice - HR Level 3

What you’ll be doing

Through our Level 3 apprenticeship you’ll be making the most of your talents, getting to understand the business from the ground up; and doing so with the help of one of the biggest and best names in the industry.
This is a 24 month programme working within our HR Shared Services team, providing HR support across our UK business. This fast paced and diverse role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career within HR.

The Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship will be working towards a Level 3 HR qualification and will qualify candidates for Associate membership with the CIPD upon completion. Academic content will cover the following, in the context of an HR role:
  • Service Delivery
  • Problem Solving
  • Communication & Interpersonal
  • Teamwork
  • Process Improvement
  • Managing HR Information
For the duration of this 24 month programme you will be given one day per week in which to complete your studies. For the other 4 days you will be working in the business, applying your learning and gaining a breadth of experience across the HR function. On completion of the programme there is scope to progress onto higher level CIPD qualifications.
This opportunity is available in Crawley within the HR Shared Services team.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are motivated, committed and keen to learn. A self-starter who is able to manage their time, show initiative and has a genuine interest in Thales and HR. Successful candidates will show self-discipline and an aspiration to achieve the apprenticeship qualifications.

You will also need

5 GCSEs grade A-C or Level 5 and above, including English and maths
2 A Levels grade A-C in a relevant subject or equivalent Level 3 qualification
Right to Work in the UK for the duration of the programme
