UX Designer Digital Competence Center (m/f/d) (Ref.Nr. R0086328)
for our activities in the field of transportation at our location in Berlin
You will enjoy having this responsibility:
As a UX Designer you are expected to carry out User Research supporting collection of user data, analyse and write a research report
It also involves the following tasks:
Use Design Thinking for discovery of requirements and support in end user validation with prototypes, develop user journey, support PO in prioritization of requirements / features of product by maximizing customer value
Develop and design visual UI proposals with User Experience tools from low fidelity to high fidelity to solve UI issues of moderate to high complexity
Develop Personas based on user research
Explain UI best practices to developers, motivate them to develop consistent UIs
Participate in customer feedback sessions, moderating discussions and quickly clarifying questions from development teams
Review UIs according to the guidelines and usability standards
You have:
Successfully completed studies in the field of IT, electrical engineering or comparable
Experienced in Design Thinking methodology
Ability to discover end user needs with Design Thinking or similar methods with research through interviews and developing deeper insights establishing and nurturing customer relationships
Leading design activities is a plus (with workshops, off sites, warm-ups)
Knowledge of human centred design approach to software development
Experience in using prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch, Axure, Invision, Creative Suite
A good visual & verbal story telling skills
Ability to design and gain stakeholder buy-in for the designs
Self-motivated, Collaborative and ability to work with little direction
