Thales Austria combines its Austrian roots (k&k Südbahngesellschaft) with international pedigree (via STT, ITT, Alcatel, and Thales). Thales Austria now employs 269 people which secure, together with suppliers, over 500 qualified jobs.
Business Operations
Thales Austria works in the domains of Rail Signalling Solutions and Information Systems GmbH, where we have Domestic as well as international activities. Since the establishement of Thales Austria in the mid 90s, sales almost tripled and we have an average double digit annual growth.
