THALES Norway is a system integrator for developing and industrializing own products mainly in the defense market. 140 graduated engineers are responsible for developing advanced information security solutions and products, always focusing on customers and their needs.

THALES Norway is an important international actor in the market and today our customer list comprises 32 countries. We are NATO's selected supplier of IP cryptel solutions, products approved for classified information.

In holiday periods (mainly summer) we hire students from the 4th year to practice for 6-7 weeks. Some of our newly hired started as summer student worker, and came back after graduation.

THALES Norway keeps a close contact with technical universities and colleges, cooperating to arrange annual recruitment events to give information about THALES to the students.

Thales Norway has for the last couple of years been the main sponsor for the "IT-days" at The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). At this event you can meet Thales HR, Thales Managers and recently hired people which can describe how it's like to work for Thales.
